We took the kids to their first race today. The older two did a 1 miler and the little guy did a 400 meter. They all did great and we are so proud of them. None of them really did any training. Just a little run once or twice a week. We are entering them in a race in two weeks. I can hardly wait. My DW is entering her first 5k also.. They are starting to catch the bug... :D
