Had pain today....

Cody did have pain today and had to get one rescue. We did get some information that we didn't know before today. Cody's HAMA numbers before this cycle were up in the 700's. The 800's are considered HAMA positive. So chances are very good that Cody will be HAMA positive on the next test. This means he will probably have to get some chemo to bring his HAMA numbers back down.

I don't know what all that means, I am trying to educate myself....

Huge prayers for Cody, sent continuously.

It seems like you said he has been able to go longer than most before he started having problems with HAMA. I'm with Sam, and continuing to pray.

Mickey and family,
Looks like you had a wonderful Thanksgiving together! And how great that you got to watch the parade from up out of the crowds (and where it was WARM!)! Great pix!

Prayers continue as always,

Had Cody had the baseline 2-4 complete cycles of the 3f8 yet? I know that HAMA positive is not what we want right now, but does the chemo allow for future treatments of 3f8 or is it a done deal once HAMA is reached?

Continued prayers that blood values be where they need to be for the most effective treatment.

It sounds like things went relatively well considering past experiences.
Thoughts and prayers with Cody and family.

Prayers for Cody and the family. I hope that he is HAMA negative at the next test, but if not I assume the chemo is just used as a tool to knock the numbers down then start the 3f8 treatment again.

Dottie,
he will probably have to get more chemo to knock down his immune system so he can go back on 3f8. It is a vicious cycle...

Thanks for the prayers...
