All good things must come to an end...

Well, I knew when I got home this afternoon that I was going to have to take Cody to clinic tomorrow. But, it caught me off guard when we received a phone call about 9pm this evening telling us that we had to bring Cody in ASAP. It turns out that he has more of an infection in his line that we didn't know about. So, hopefully with the right antibiotics on board we will be out in a couple of days. Pour guy just can't get a break. I'm so proud of him. He didn't even really complain when we told him he had to go in. In fact, I took it harder than he did. I just want some time on a regular schedule. Oh well, it's par for the coarse.

Thought I would check the BLOG &
then hit the sack but certainly
did not expect to hear that you are
all back at the hospital again...
So very sorry to hear that.I was
sure you would be home for Easter.
At least he is where he can be taken care of. As every day, I'll
have you all in my thoughts & prayers. As usual, I'll be checking
the BLOG several times a day.
GOD BLESS YOU ALL,
MOM

I'm glad that there are watchful eyes looking out for Cody!! That's a true blessing! Your time will come when the whole clan will be together having a "regular" life :-) Keep looking up, Mick!

Continuing to pray!

We all know that Cody being in the hospital is not what you wanted but it sounds like right now it is the best place for him to be. I hope that the antibotics work quickly. Then hopefully he can be home by the end of the weekend. Praying that this infection is licked quickly.

There's always something but you'll manage to get through this like you have everything else. Continue to be strong and have hope and faith. Be thankful that the infection was found in time w/o causing another problem.
Still praying for Cody and the family.

Hey Bro, tough break for the little man but he will be home again soon. What a trooper he is and what great parents you guys are. Everyday that I read your Blog I am amazed how you guys do it. We take things for granted and here you guys are, day in and day out, plugging along. Mickey, Cody is an inspiration to a lot of people, but you are mine! I hope that I'm never in your shoes but if I was, I can only hope that I would be able to handle it like you! Keep you chin up and we WILL make it through this.
Love Shawn

I hope you all get your wish for a weekend at home !! Hopefully 48 hours of antibiotics and they'll let Cody go home. Thank goodness they are so thorough with their cultures and check up on patients !! Wishing you all a restful rest of the week! Positive thoughts and prayers continue. G2G

Man that stinks! You should be getting a book in the mail by tomorrow. (I had hoped you would get it today) Hopefully it will lift both of your spirits!
