The formula...

OK, I need to restate my earlier neutropil comment. Actually the number that has to be 100 is his ANC number. This the formula that they use to get that number: % bands + % neutrophils x 1000 x white blood count = ANC

Yesterday his ANC was 8 and today it is 40. The way it looks now is that he should be able to go home on friday.

He seems to be doing pretty good again today. You can tell when he is feeling good.

Thanks Kirk!!!

Glad to hear you're able to get him movin around doing some kid things--I love the basketball in the hall. . .we used to do mini-sticks on pillows---they have little foam balls, & mini hockey sticks & its kinda like ping~pong, but you use the floor & are on your knees----we used pillows under our knees because the hard floor & you can slide good on a pillow with practice. :o) (at home we do it in a hall just on the carpet)

Brandon wanted me to let you know he's only got 6 points right now (5 assists & 1 goal) since he told you they were for Cody. . . .It seems the harder he trys to score, the more posts he hits! :o) His goal was Christmas, but I think it may be closer to New Year.
